We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecom Wholesale Voice Account Manager with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and managing a high-performing sales team in the telecom wholesale sector. Responsibilities:
Customer and Supplier Relationship Management:
- Manage the day-to-day requirements of existing customer and supplier relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Revenue and Margin Growth:
- Increase revenue and margin through proactive trading and deal negotiations with partners.
- Negotiate favorable rates with wholesale voice carriers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
New Carrier Acquisition:
- Hunt for and manage the implementation of new carriers to the company’s network.
- Develop creative solutions to meet partner expectations and enhance offerings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to meet global customer requirements.
- Organize and execute the buying process, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
Global Termination Sourcing:
- Source global termination partners and manage relationships to ensure quality service.
Supplier Management:
- Act as the point of contact for potential high-quality suppliers.
- Establish exclusive arrangements with strategic partners.
Strategic Pricing:
- Develop and implement adapted pricing strategies to align with the specific needs and objectives of the company.
- Drive improved revenue and profitability through strategic pricing initiatives.
Process Optimization:
- Strengthen the planning and execution of the mass mailer process for customer rate sheets.
- Optimize communication and information distribution, leading to more efficient operations and improved customer service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telecom wholesale voice, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable rates and agreements.
- Experience in managing and implementing new carriers to enhance network capabilities.
- Deep understanding of the telecommunications market and industry trends.

Education and Experience:
